Hospitality room.
There was a huge effort of so many different people and organizations to make the Hospitality room a success, thank each and every one of you for your contributions of time, food and refreshments.

The Connie Mack Parade that took place in Downtown Farmington was well represented by several shrine clubs, and Shriner counterparts of floats. Despite the long wait in the hot August sun, everyone still managed to have big friendly smiles for the crowd along the parade route. For a closer look at the parades, go to the "Parades" Link and see all the great photos

Had a large turnout for the Bar-B-Que! Fellowship filled the air as Shriners and their family members assembled at the home of Kevin and Carmen Smith, on Friday evening. Many hours of preparation and planning went into this event to make it a very well put together affair. Shriners with long aprons were cooking at the grills, several smiling ladies serving people in a long food line, more Shriners running clear out to the Shrine park to get tables and chairs, just ordering and buying the food for this event was a major undertaking that was done weeks ahead, Watching what went on behind the scenes reminded us of why it is that Americans are so successful when they all work together, like a well oiled machine! It was not a bostful pride they had while going about their work, but a heartfelt kinship among Shriners.

For a closer look at the golf tournament, go to the "Golf Tournement" Link and see all the great photos we got of the Players and the signs for the Hole Sponsors. Everyone played in good spitits and good sportsmanhip. It was wrapped up around noon and everyone gathered at Ann's restraunt for a wonderful hamburger lunch.
